Privacy policy & cookies

What this page covers
PromoCod (promo-cod.com) is an independent promo code directory. This page explains what data the site collects about visitors, in particular the cookies it sets, why it sets them, and how you can control or remove them.
We don't ask you to register
PromoCod has no accounts, no sign-up form and no checkout of its own. Browsing the site and copying a promo code doesn't require giving us your name, email or any other personal detail.
Cookies we use
We use a small number of first-party cookies, set directly by promo-cod.com, purely to make the site work the way you'd expect on your next visit. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and no cookie here is used to build a profile of you.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| pc_consent | Remembers that you've seen and dismissed the cookie notice, so it doesn't show again. | 180 days |
| pc_country | Remembers the country you picked in the country selector, so it stays selected on your next visit. | 365 days |
| pc_lang | Remembers your last chosen language (English or Russian). | 365 days |
Links to other stores
When you click "copy code and go to store" (for example, to redsofa.ru), you leave promo-cod.com and land on the retailer's own website. That store sets its own cookies and has its own privacy policy, which we don't control. Please check the retailer's site for details of how they handle your data once you're there.
How to control or delete cookies
You can accept or dismiss the cookie notice on this site at any time, and you can clear or block cookies entirely through your browser's settings, most browsers list this under Settings → Privacy. Blocking the cookies above only means the site forgets your language and region preference between visits, nothing else stops working.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, for example if we add analytics in the future, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
